Education requirements: college or above
1 accept and follow up the customer's inquiry; Quotation and consulting services through email, social software or telephone;
2 to determine the severity of the product problem, if necessary, to reflect the customer's needs and recommendations to the relevant departments in a timely manner;
3 implementation of the company's product adjustment, upgrade or exception handling must be carried out by the customer notification;
4 collect and sort out the important information of customer feedback, and put forward constructive suggestions for the improvement of the company's products and systems;
5 constantly improve their own product knowledge, specification and improve work skills, improve customer satisfaction.
1 college degree or above, major in international commerce, English related major is preferred;
2 with one year or above trading experience;
3 familiar with international commerce related knowledge, familiar with the operation of basic office software;
4 good stability and good communication and coordination ability.
